20 green tomatoes
10 onions
1/3 cup salt
6 cucumbers, peeled
1 cauliflower
4 red peppers
5 cups Ancestral
vinegar
2 cups water
3 cups sugar
4 tbsp. pickling spices
in a pouch
Chop tomatoes, add salt
and let stand for 12 hours.
Chop cucumbers, onions,
cauliflower and seeded peppers.
Place all of the
ingredients in a saucepan and slowly bring to a boil.
Let cook until
vegetables become tender.
Remove pouch and seal in
sterilized jars.
