PUNCH

1 cantaloupe

10 oz. lemon juice

zest of 2 lemons

2 tbsp. Ancestral vinegar

3 tbsp. fructose

2 bottles carbonated mineral water

Run melon through food processor.

Warm lemon juice, zest, fructose and vinegar.

Let cool for 2 hours. Mix all ingredients and serve on ice.


 

FROSTED MINT

2/3 oz. mint syrup

2/3 oz. lemon juice

1/3 oz. Ancestral vinegar

Fill a glass with crushed ice and mineral water.

Add ingredients and a straw.

 


MAPLE

1 egg white

2 oz. lemon juice

1 oz. Ancestral vinegar

1 oz. maple syrup

3 ice cubes

Mix ingredients in a shaker.

Pour out through small strainer.

 


SURF AND TURF

 

4 oz. beef consommι

4 oz. Clamato juice

1 oz. Ancestral vinegar

a few drops of Worcestershire sauce

a few drops of Tabasco sauce

1 stalk celery

4 ice cubes

In a large glass, put ice, Worcestershire, Tabasco and vinegar.

Pour in consommι and juice. Garnish with celery stalk.


SANGRIA

1 pineapple, cut in large pieces

16 oz. fresh orange juice

10 oz. fresh lemon juice

16 oz. grape juice

2 oz. Ancestral vinegar

½ cup fructose

2 cinnamon sticks

a few drops of Angostura

1 bottle club soda

1 orange, sliced

Run pineapple pieces through food processor.

Place remaining ingredients, except club soda, in a container and

refrigerate for a few hours. Just before serving,

pour into a punch bowl and add club soda and orange slices.


MARTINIQUE

1 oz. curacao syrup

1 oz. lemon juice

½ oz. Ancestral vinegar

1 oz. 15% cream

½ cup ice cubes

Run ingredients through food processor.

Serve in a wine glass with a short straw.


CUPID

1 oz. grenadine syrup

2 oz. lemon juice

3 oz. orange juice

3 oz. grapefruit juice

1 oz. Ancestral vinegar

½ slice orange

½ slice lemon

2 cherries

Fill half of a large glass with crushed ice.

Slowly pour juice, vinegar and grenadine.

Add cherries and 2 straws.

A drink meant for two, face to face.

 


LAURENTIAN

1 small bottle carbonated mineral water

juice of Ό lemon

2/3 oz. black currant syrup

1/3 oz. Ancestral vinegar

Pour over 2 ice cubes.


COLD REMEDY

1 cup hot water

1 oz. liquid honey

1 cinnamon stick

1 oz. lemon juice

1 tbsp. Ancestral vinegar

Pour liquids in a large cup.

Add cinnamon stick and drink slowly.

 


ANCESTRAL

1 cup hot water

2 tsp. Ancestral vinegar
