1 tbsp. Ancestral vinegar

2 shallots

a bit of thyme and oregano

salt and pepper

Mix and let simmer for 20 minutes.


 

FISH

1 package onion soup mix

4 cups water

1 tbsp. Ancestral vinegar

1 cup white wine

2 tbsp. concentrated chicken broth

1 tsp. tarragon

1 tsp. chives

Mix and let simmer for 5 minutes.


CHINESE

1 package onion soup

1 can beef consommι

2 cups water

1 cup red wine

2 tbsp. Ancestral vinegar

1 bay leaf

1 tsp. basil

1 tsp. rosemary

1 tsp. parsley

1 tsp. pepper

Mix and let simmer for 10 minutes.
